A parent can contact the developer about lessons, sound, writing, learning records, purchases, or restoring a purchase.
Email johnnyiiiii@163.comSupport is handled personally by the developer. Each message is reviewed before a reply is sent.
Before contacting support
- For sound, check the automatic narration, answer sounds, and volume controls in the parent area.
- For an unfinished lesson, reopen the app and select the same child. A valid local lesson snapshot should resume automatically.
- For writing, try clearing the board and drawing again with one finger or Apple Pencil.
- For local records, a parent can rename a child, clear progress, or delete a child profile in the parent area.
- For full access, open the parent area, choose View full access, and tap Restore Purchase using the Apple Account associated with the original purchase. If full access is already unlocked, the purchase and restore buttons are hidden and you can open the courses directly.
What to include
Include the device model, iOS version, app version, the screen or lesson involved, and steps to reproduce. Do not send a child's real name, voice recording, or other sensitive information.
Data recovery limitation
The app has no account or cloud synchronization. The developer cannot retrieve learning records from a device or restore records that were deleted locally.
Hanzi stroke data source
The 304-character stroke geometry is derived from Make Me a Hanzi under the Arphic Public License. Download the glyph-data source, modification notes and original licenses (ZIP, 230 KiB).
